Job Description
Join CyberArk’s dynamic, high-growth, and data-driven environment as the FP&A Manager – GTM Business Partner (EMEA). You will play a key role in shaping the future of our EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) organization by partnering with GTM leadership to provide strategic financial insights and data-driven analysis. Your responsibilities include building financial models, developing performance management frameworks, and driving accountability to scale our global SaaS business. Key Responsibilities
1. Be a trusted financial advisor to GTM leaders, delivering insights for strategic decisions.
2. Support sales capacity planning and headcount modeling, collaborating with Sales Ops.
3. Build and maintain headcount forecasting and reporting processes.
4. Develop and monitor key performance metrics, including sales productivity and support metrics.
5. Support pricing and discounting strategies with data-driven insights.
6. Create business cases for GTM initiatives like new markets, partnerships, or product launches.
7. Align GTM financial models with company-wide targets and strategies.
8. Lead the annual budget planning and ongoing budget-to-actual reporting.
9. Forecast topline bookings, revenue, and OPEX across EMEA GTM functions.
10. Provide variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance.
11. Ensure data consistency across systems, working with Sales Ops and Business Applications teams.
12. Establish automation and dashboards to enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years as a GTM business partner.
2. Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue recognition.
3. Experience working in a SaaS environment is required.
4. Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
5. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
6. Proficiency with FP&A tools like Anaplan, Tableau, and familiarity with AI tools in financial analysis.
7. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executives.
8. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
