We are pleased to share details of a permanent, full time opportunity for an IT Operations Voice Analyst with experience in the IT sector to join our dedicated Physical Environment team in Digital & Technology Services.
As an IT Operations Voice Analyst, you will work alongside an established team within the University's physical network and communications environment, supporting the day-to-day operation of our telephony and unified communications infrastructure.
You will work closely with colleagues in the Physical Environment Team and others, playing a key role contributing towards the on-going support, maintenance, design, development and management of the university's telephony and unified comms services, as well as the opportunity to gain experience in other areas as the role permits.
You will possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You are a proficient communicator, at ease dealing with staff at all levels and confident building relationships across organisational boundaries. You will have a full clean UK driver's license.
Ideally you will also possess (desirable criteria):
Practical experience of designing and implementing solutions for a large, distributed organisation.
Knowledge and experience in supporting and implementing NEC telephony solutions, such as iS3000 and SV9500 systems, and UM4730 voicemail platform
Knowledge and experience in supporting Unexus contact centre solution, as well as Linksys/Cisco and AudioCodes ATAs
