My client, an award winning hotel on the banks of Loch Lomond, is currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to jointheir team.
The hotel is located a 30 minute drive from Glasgow and has a great reputation for both the quality of the food and the warm hospitality.
The menu changes seasonally and involves locally sourced ingredients. Afternoon tea is served daily.
The successful candidate will have experience in a pastry chef role and have a strong work ethic and good character.
Salary for the Pastry Chef de Partie is £33,000 to £34,000 plus tips.
