We are actively seeking a Sales Ledger / Finance Assistant for a well established company in Colwyn Bay.
The main duties include
\t
* Processing of all sales invoices
\t
* Managing the Sales email inbox and relating queries
\t
* Assist Credit Control with invoice queries
\t
* To check and prepare a high volume of petty cash claims
\t
* Monthly reconciliations of petty cash floats and the suspense account
\t
* Supporting the Management Accounts Team
\t
* Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger experience
\t
* Good Excel skills
\t
* Experience of working in a busy finance team
\t
* Salary (£26,786)
