In this role, you’ll combine technical repair work with customer support and teamwork. No two days will be the same — one day you’ll be refurbishing equipment in the workshop, the next you could be troubleshooting issues or liaising with the quality team to improve processes.
What You’ll Do
Book in and out returned products using the SAP system and RMA process
Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, refurbishments, and overhauls
Inspect, fault-find, and troubleshoot technical issues
Write clear reports on product findings
Support customers with returns and technical queries
Work closely with the Quality Team to share insights and improvements
Provide occasional on-site support when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (preferred)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Soldering skills (a bonus!)
Computer literacy — SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Great organisational skills with attention to detail
A flexible, proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
