We're recruiting a Tanker Driver to support essential cleaning, disposal and maintenance operations. This role suits someone practical, reliable and comfortable working in demanding site environments as part of a high-performing team. About the Client: We're supporting a well-established utilities and drainage services provider delivering specialist tanker, cleaning and maintenance solutions across wastewater and industrial sites. The organisation is known for its strong safety culture, investment in training, and commitment to developing long-term careers. What You'll Be Doing: * Driving and operating tanker vehicles and HGVs to support disposal and cleaning activities * Working as part of a team on large-scale cleaning and maintenance projects * Manual handling duties including suction hoses, spill clean-up and debris removal * Supporting works on tanks, wet wells, siphons and other wastewater assets * Operating vacuum tankers, booms and specialist equipment * Working in confined spaces and varied site environments * Completing digital site reports and vehicle check documentation * Maintaining vehicles, equipment and PPE to required standards * Participating in an on-call rota * Occasional travel and overnight stays as part of project delivery What We Need From You: * Full UK Class C driving licence (minimum) * Full clean UK driving licence * Strong work ethic with a practical, can-do attitude * Willingness to work away from home when required * Comfortable working in physically demanding environments * Right to work in the UK Training Provided (or willingness to undertake): * Street Works (NRSWA) * High-Pressure Water Jetting (WJA) * Confined Space Entry * CSCS Card If you'd like to discuss the role in more detail, please call Beth on 07719 983 823 or email beth.allen@hirecracker.com .
