Supporting People on Probation Navigator - Staines - StainesPermanent24000Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible / pro-rata considered)Adults have a proven reoffending rate of 25%. Our work focuses on relationships, wellbeing, community connection, and breaking cycles of harm.We are looking for a Supporting People on Probation Navigator to join our Surrey team, based in Staines with regular travel across the county. This is a highly rewarding, people-focused role where you will walk alongside adult men on probation, delivering 1:1 and group interventions that support lifestyle change, emotional wellbeing, family relationships, and social inclusion.You’ll work closely with Probation Practitioners, prison resettlement teams (HMP Highdown & Coldingley), and local partners to deliver meaningful, enforceable interventions that make every contact count.A typical day might include delivering a group intervention, meeting someone pre-release from prison, supporting a service user through family breakdown, or helping someone access healthcare for the first time.About YouYou may have experience in probation, prisons, policing, health, education, social care, psychology, counselling, coaching, or bring strong transferable life skills.
