I am looking for a Multi Trade based around Suffolk to work for a Housing Association on their day to day repairs team. This role is a permanent contract with a salary of £37,000 per annum including call-outs and comes with a company van and fuel card. The Multi Trade will be responsible for: Working in tenanted council properties across Suffolk 2nd fix maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering & tiling Working on the call-out rota 1 in 8 weeks The right Multi Trade will need: Experience working in council properties previously Wide skill-set for multi trade work Clean and valid UK driving license Willing to have DBS Check In return the Multi Trade will recieve: Total package of £37,000 including call-outs Company van and fuel card Permanent contract Holiday pay and sick pay Generous company pension If you are interested in the Multi Trade role please apply or email (url removed) with your CV
