As part of their expansion, they're recruiting a Fishmonger, to join their dynamic team
Key Responsibilities:
* Select, prepare, and display fresh fish and seafood.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Key Criteria:
* A high level of experience of knife work.
* Skilled in cutting, cleaning and preparing all fish products.
* Will be positive, flexible and hardworking with a passionate commitment to quality.
* Support the delivery of all orders and key performance targets in your area and ensure attention to detail and that procedures are followed.
* Successful candidates will need to demonstrate good manual dexterity, have a good eye and hand co-ordination, show attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks.
