Little’s have now created a new role and have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in corporate and agency sales to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is pivotal in expanding their client base across corporate accounts, travel management companies (TMCs), entertainment sectors, and Scottish hotels.
Your primary focus will be promoting Scotland as a premier destination for luxury chauffeur services, while cross-selling their global chauffeur solutions to UK-wide and international clients. You will also lead a strategic project to grow their client base in Aberdeen following their recent acquisition.
Skills and experience required:

* A proven track record in corporate and agency sales, ideally within luxury hospitality, travel, or tourism.
* Experience managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, TMCs, and entertainment sectors.
* A commercially astute, confident communicator, and skilled negotiator.
* That you are well-presented, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
* That you are comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Little’s are open to this being a hybrid role, requiring weekly presence in their Glasgow HQ along with UK travel every 2–3 months (or more) to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
