The Role:
- Coordinate daily Hiab deliveries and collections to sites
- Plan and organise driver workloads
- Act as the link between yard, drivers, and site teams
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, and compliance
- Liaise with mechanics and arrange repairs
About You:
- Experience in transport, logistics, or construction
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage workloads and work under pressure
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance/compliance (preferred)
- Valid HGV license and HIAB experience.Core skills required
