What You'll Be Doing
* Teaching Drama across KS3–KS5, with potential for examination classes.
* Directing or supporting school productions and performance events.
* Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, communication and ensemble skills.
* Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues in Performing Arts and across the school.
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Drama, Theatre or a related discipline.
* A recognised teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for performance and storytelling.
* Ability to inspire pupils of varying abilities.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
