Inside Sales Manager

The Role: The Inside Sales Manager's position will be covering a nationally located client base within the construction sector. You will be based from the office which is in Richmond, Surrey, and have the opportunity for flexible working after probation. The Inside Sales Manager will be selling a concrete reinforcement solution used in any construction projects that require it throughout the UK. Your main client base will be Main & Sub-Contractors using concrete within their building projects and 90% of your leads will be from in-bound sources (around 250-300 come in to the business per week!). The Inside Sales Manager will join a team who are all working to shared goals and targets and support each other. This is a fast-paced sales role with an ever evolving market and the opportunity for the construction sector to take off in 2026 means a potentially very lucrative year.

The Inside Sales Manager will be targeted on around 50 orders per week an could be working on small invoice amounts in the hundreds of pounds through to £100k+ orders for large infrastructure projects. This is a varied role where no two projects are the same and the opportunity to earn bonus is based upon team & company performance (previous years have been very strong). This is a key role within the team dynamic and as such is pivotal to the success of everyone. This role can lead the successful incumbent to a career in key accounts, field sales, or possibly leadership in the future.

They are a strong player in the market and as such have a loyal client base which the Inside Sales Manager can take full advantage of.

For this Internal Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

·Have a background in B2B construction sector sales

·Understand selling to Contractors, Procurement, and Merchants

·Are flexible to travel to the head office in Richmond, Surrey, 5 days per week

·Have a consultative sales approach

·Have passion for selling a solution which helps people

·Are organised, dynamic, and have a eye for detail

Location: Richmond

Package: £40,000 - 60,000 basic salary DOE, Annual discretionary company bonus £5k-10k, pension, laptop, phone, 21 days holiday + stats (rises over time)
