Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at Bowtree Homecare Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care while maintaining their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
* Support clients with medication administration and health monitoring as required.
* Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
* Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments if necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behavior.
* Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Requirements
* Experience in assisted living or home care settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
* Basic understanding of medication administration protocols is a plus.
