This role is suited for individuals with a background in telesales, retail, customer service or office‑based sales who are looking to enter a professional B2B sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to business customers, including cold calling to generate new business
* Build a pipeline, follow up leads and win new accounts
* Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Essential Requirements
* Experience in sales, telesales, retail sales, customer service or a target‑driven role
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Comfortable with cold calling and new business generation
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
* Must live within a commutable distance of the Newbury office
* Can work Monday to Friday in an office environment
