Duties
1. Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
3. Provide training and support to clients on the operation of equipment.
4. Prepare detailed service reports and documentation after each visit.
