 7. Liaise with internal departments to provide health and safety guidance.
 8. Monitor and report on health and safety incidents and improvements.
 9. Manage and organise health and safety-related correspondence and files.
 10. Provide general administrative support to the health and safety team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful H&S Administrator should have:
 11. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property industry.
 12. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
 13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
 14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
 15. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
 16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
