Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager for a market leading and exciting business, covering the South West region – selling into the construction sector (B2B sales).
You will manage the full sales cycle, be responsible for your own diary, and your hard work will be rewarded by an uncapped commission structure.
Duties will include:
- Generating new business
- Business Development and Account Management
- Self-generating new sales leads and opportunities
- Developing and growing a network, and growing a sales pipeline
- Working closely with the operations team
- Effective management of the sales process
- Hosting client events and entertaining/socialising with prospects/clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous B2B sales experience / strong B2B sales background with proven track record
- Business Development and Account Management
- Recording activity on a sales CRM system
- Networking and meeting new contacts
- Attention to detail and well organised
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong work ethic
Package:
- Basic Salary of £40k-£45k per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

- Uncapped Commission (OTE is approximately £60k-£90k per annum) – a highly rewarding commission structure
