Job Opportunity
* Lead, coach, and inspire new team members, delivering high quality training in partnership with the Training & Development Manager to ensure operational excellence.
* Conduct proactive site visits and perform welfare checks to maintain team well-being and engagement.
* Collaborate closely with the Area Operations Manager, providing hands-on operational support and contributing to strategic decision-making when required.
* Drive compliance and quality by performing detailed audits and inspections of security services and personnel, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and best practices.
* Produce accurate and timely management reports, offering insights that support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
* Champion Health & Safety standards, embedding a culture of safety and compliance across all operations.
* Take ownership of additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the project and the reputation of FRG.
Essential Skills
* Valid SIA Licence
* Minimum 2 years’ security experience (preferred).
* Clean manual driving licence.
* Strong communication and report-writing skills.
* Excellent observation and attention to detail.
* Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional service.
* Ability to provide a full 5-year work/education history.
