Customer Service Advisor
Location: Runcorn
Salary: £28,000 + commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Adaptable Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established and growing transport & logistics business based in Runcorn, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an office-based role within a supportive team, focused on delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
* Managing shared inboxes and updating internal systems
* Scheduling
* Creating and updating jobs accurately
* Liaising with internal teams to meet customer requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
