Commercial Parts Advisor

1. Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
2. Potential on target earnings of £35,000 with performance bonuses
3. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm work schedule

Duties:
7. Providing excellent customer service to commercial vehicle clients and trade partners
8. Handling parts sales and processing orders efficiently and accurately
9. Assisting with stock management and ensuring availability of required parts
10. Offering technical advice and support to customers and workshop teams
11. Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within the commercial sector
13. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
16. A proactive attitude and a passion for customer service
