Stock Administrator/ Customer Service (Temp to Perm)

Pay £13ph to £14ph
Duties:
Manage the Samples Inbox - Review and respond to inbound requests from the sales team and customers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of sample-related queries and orders.
Pick and Pack Samples - Organise, pack, and coordinate the delivery of samples to customers and sales team members, ensuring timely and professional presentation.
Manage the Sample Department - Oversee stock control, order supplies as needed, and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace to support sample operations.
Support with Maintaining and Monitoring the Marketing Inboxes - Respond promptly to incoming queries and ensure communications are handled efficiently.
Coordinate, Order, and Distribute Sales Team Kits - Manage requests for business cards, uniforms, and onboarding kits for new starters and refresh kits, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
Coordinate, Order, and Distribute Promotional Materials - Handle the procurement and distribution of promotional items including leaflets, documents, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and other sales team requests, ensuring all outputs meet brand guidelines and campaign needs.
Assist in Creating POs for Marketing Activity - Support the creation and processing of purchase orders related to marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Skills & Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, IT Skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Attention to detail and a systematic approach to document management.
