Salary - £12.31 per hour - Band 3
As part of our team, you'll play an essential role in helping us deliver high-quality care by ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
What you'll be doing:
Word processing, typing letters, and producing reports
Sorting and responding to incoming mail and general enquiries
Maintaining and managing online diaries and email accounts for senior staff
Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and collating papers
Taking minutes, typing them up and circulating as required
Preparing and processing statistical and clinical information
Assisting with requests for information and managing data efficiently
Organising appointments and maintaining effective filing systems
Handling telephone queries in a professional and friendly manner
Supporting with photocopying, printing, and other administrative tasks
Checking nursing PINs and updating health rostersWhat we're looking for:
