Role overview
As a CRM Executive, you will shape and execute email, SMS, and push communications across the customer lifecycle, driving engagement and brand awareness in a fast-paced environment.
Job details
* The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* CRM Strategy and Planning: Support the development of CRM strategies and customer journeys, manage end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with stakeholders, and handle project planning, copy briefing, approvals, testing, and reporting.
* Campaign Execution: Plan and execute campaign improvements and new initiatives with a customer-first approach.
* Platform Expertise: Use our CDP, CRM, and CMS platforms to design, build, and optimise campaigns and reports.
* Data-Driven Communication: Use data to personalise journeys and messages, diversifying channels for maximum impact.
* Reporting and Insights: Analyse campaign performance, provide weekly reports, and recommend improvements.
Essential skills/experience
* Experience in CRM or customer lifecycle management.
* Experience working with Braze or similar platforms.
* Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
* Customer-first mindset, promoting excellent service and engagement.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement.
