A fantastic client of mine is expanding their team and is on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending strategy with hands-on delivery, and who wants to play a visible role in shaping how marketing supports a scaling technology business.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-moving B2B environment, enjoys testing new ideas, and is comfortable owning marketing activity end to end.
What you'll be doing
Taking the lead on digital marketing activity across multiple channels, with a focus on demand generation and customer engagement
Developing and running campaigns that support pipeline growth and long-term brand positioning
Overseeing performance across paid and organic channels, including search, paid media, social platforms, email, and emerging discovery tools
Using data and insight to refine activity, report on results, and inform future decisions
Managing relationships with external partners and keeping spend aligned with business priorities
Supporting and guiding junior team members as the marketing function continues to evolve
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial goals
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a B2B marketing role within a technology, SaaS, or similar environment
Strong digital marketing background with confidence across paid search, SEO, social, and email
Evidence of delivering results through well-executed campaigns
Comfortable taking ownership and leading initiatives, with experience supporting or managing others
Clear, persuasive written communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Familiarity with marketing analytics and advertising platforms
A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in building effective marketing strategy
