Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional commodity fertilizers, specialty fertilizers, soil conditioning products, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and Dairy Hygiene products. Part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D takes place at our Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We focus on delivering superior technical advice on-farm, supported by our product quality and customer service.
We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. This role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and executing strategic and operational plans to maximize sales and service. Responsibilities include market product presentation, optimizing distribution, managing trade customer relationships, overseeing sales administration, supporting and motivating the sales team, and ensuring policy compliance. The successful candidate will report to the Speciality Business Commercial Manager and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the agri-sector, strong commercial and relationship skills, leadership abilities, effective communication, problem-solving skills, excellent organization, and a full clean driver’s license.
