What youll be doing: Cultivating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in client organisations Leading strategic account planning and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction Identifying new business opportunities across approved sectors Managing negotiations and contracts aligned with our commercial goals Collaborating with software engineers, project managers, and marketing teams Representing System C at industry events, conferences, and senior client engagements Supporting our presence in the market through business development and promotional activity What were looking for: Proven background in account management, business development or similar roles, ideally within the software or technology consultancy space Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills A proactive, confident, and commercially minded approach Strong organisational and ICT skills, with attention to detail Knowledge of the health, social care or academic research sectors is a bonus Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel This is a remote role, but will require regular travel between London, Oxford and Cambridge.
