Here at Howdens, we are looking for a creative and passionate individual to manage our CGI content and production. Together with our agency partners, you will help create inspirational CGI content for use across the business including digital and marketing channels. You will drive collaborative relationships with stakeholders to consult, develop and implement on-brand CGI & content that delivers an engaging customer experience. You will ensure all CGI is best in class, accurate and aligns to brand guidelines, while ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget. Art directing and reviewing all CGI and photography produced, supporting the creative strategy of the business. What will I be doing as a CGI Manager? - Responsible for the production of CGI content cross channel, supporting the Head of Creative in ensuring the visual execution is on brand, inspirational, customer centric and accurate for a consistent customer experience - Collaborate on and support developing a CGI creative strategy with the Head of Creative that underpins the marketing and digital strategies, plus wider business objectives, to ensure direction is clear for both planned and tactical content across the business - Produce detailed schedules, with clear milestones and sign off stages, to ensure that assets are delivered on time to a high standard - Create and maintain a flexible sign off process where the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time - Manging brief requests, workload and scheduling of projects across the team to ensure delivery on time and on budget - Managing and retiring CGI within the appropriate product asset management system - Managing and motivating a small team of CGI Executives What we need from you? - Proven experience manging CGI and / or photography production from briefing, through to sign off and delivery - Art direction and the ability to creatively review images - Scheduling, workload and team management experience - Proven experience managing budgets within a fast paced environment - Highly creative and innovative problem solver - The ability to influence and negotiate in the face of adversity - Strong presentation skills to audiences at all levels - Strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail What we can offer you: - Excellent pension scheme (company contribution of up to 12%) - 25 days holiday bank holidays with the option to buy additional days - Staff Discount - Employee Assistance Programme - Exceptional Reward and Recognition events About Howdens: Howdens Joinery is the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, joinery, and hardware.
