We're looking for a creative Communication and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
The Communication and Marketing Executive role will involve:
* Owning and managing the company's social media channels.
* Creating engaging content for all our digital channels and working with the wider marketing teams (email campaigns, events, print).
* Drafting and proofreading blogs, press releases, articles and social content
* Working with an in-house graphic designer to create graphics for social media, email and other digital channels.
* Develop a broader communication (social media, email, website) calendar alongside the marketing team.
* Report on the performance of all campaigns (i.e social media, email).
* Keep up to date with emerging trends and new technologies in marketing to increase efficiencies.
Knowledge & Skills:
· years' experience in a marketing role
· Hands-on experience owning and managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc) and email (HubSpot) platforms
· Proven track record in delivering social media communication
· Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in data-led decision making
· Good communicator, comfortable collaborating with internal teams
· A background in B2B and B2C marketing – education industry desirable but not essential
· A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
· Experience with analytics tools
· Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
· Strong organisational, and project management skills.
· A great teammate who supports their colleagues and doesn't act as an individual
