What Youll Do
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with clients and candidates across STEM and engineering sectors worldwide.
Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to source and secure top technical talent.
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Promote Mercury Hamptons full suite of consulting and talent solutions, from mapping and diagnostics to performance improvement.
Leverage the latest recruitment software and digital platforms to deliver talent solutions efficiently and at scale.

Candidate Profile
Youll thrive in this role if you have:
Proven success in 180 or 360 recruitment, executive search, or technical staffing (STEM experience preferred).
A consultative, relationship-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Commercial awareness, adaptability, and ambition to grow within fast-paced, high-growth markets.
