The role
As a Senior Resourcing Analyst you will be the ‘go-to’ expert within a team of Resource Planning Analysts. The team is responsible for ensuring all airport systems and processes provide internal customers with the right people, in the right place at the right time, with the right skillsets for them to operate efficiently and improve guest experience whilst maintaining compliance and costs. You will also support the Planning Manager and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting them and challenging where appropriate to ensure the right outcome for the business.
What will make you successful in the role?
* Extensive experience in resource planning, demand forecasting, and supply optimisation within a large-scale operation
* Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create, maintain, and manipulate complex formulas and datasets
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work at pace, spot trends, and generate new ideas
* Proven ability to deliver accurate results against tight deadlines
* Clear and concise communicator, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust and credibility within the team
