Working Pattern
This is a rotating shift role designed to offer structure and variety:
* Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:00
* Back Shift: Monday–Friday, 13:00–22:00
* Overtime: Saturday mornings, 06:00–12:00
* On‑Call Rota: 1 week in every 3 (paid additionally)
Salary & Rewards
* Base Salary: £43,108 per year
* Typical OTE: circa £50,000
* First‑Year Earning Potential: up to £54,000, including:
* £5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid after a successful 3‑month settling‑in period)
* Expected overtime of £5,000, paid at 1.5x hourly rate
* Annual performance bonus of up to £2,000

What We’re Looking For:
Essential
* Qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or strong proven industry experience
* Solid understanding of vehicle systems, trailers, plant, and workshop equipment
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
* A safety‑first mindset
* A reliable team player with good communication and organisation skills
Desirable (Full Training Provided)
* HGV Class C licence
* ADR qualification
