Are you seeking a new opportunity in Property Management? We're partnered with a boutique property management company in Oxford who're looking for a Property Manager to manage a local, residential portfolio of 150 properties. The portfolio mainly consists of 2/3 bed houses, inventories are outsourced, and property visits are scheduled for every 6 months. We're looking for an ambitious individual who wants career progression in a collaborative, high performing environment. You will be supported with clear training and qualification support (ARLA).
Role Requirements
Managing a local portfolio of residential properties
Conducting property inspections when needed
Provide excellent customer service
Liaising efficiently with other departments
Issuing section notices when needed
Salary/benefits
£32,000 salary
9-5 Monday-Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays working 9:30-12:30
ARLA Qualification sponsorship
28 days annual leave

Over a years' experience in property management
Full UK Driving License
Customer service focused
Excellent time management and people skills
