Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Ballymoney. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and managing bespoke golf tours, including creating itineraries, booking accommodations, making reservations, and providing expert advice on travel arrangements. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service, and addressing travel-related inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating comprehensive travel plans
* Experience in organizing Travel Arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning
* Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and deliver exceptional service
* Expertise in managing Reservations and ensuring seamless booking processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a client-focused environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
* Knowledge of golf and popular golf destinations is an advantage
* Proficiency in travel booking systems or related software is a plus
