A Business Central Development Team Lead (Business Central, Dynamics 365, BC, NAV, Microsoft Partner) is required by a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner; the role is 80% hands-on BC development in a thriving Professional Services team delivering cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central solutions. This is a high-impact, senior role where you\'ll lead and mentor a team of developers and play a key role in shaping technical strategy, governance, and delivery across Business Central projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing development team and mentor developers
* Perform ~80% hands-on Business Central development (BC, NAV) within Professional Services projects
* Shape technical strategy, governance, and delivery across Business Central projects
Qualifications
* Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Team leadership, mentoring, and man-management experience
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS
* Experience using git-based source control tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
* Proven track record in delivering customisations and multi-tenant solutions in BC
