Job Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor at Rave Coffee
Join our customer service team at Rave Coffee! We are looking for a dedicated individual to handle various customer contact channels and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
2. Administer backend customer service processes, including handling replacements and returns.
3. Respond to customer feedback and reviews across platforms such as Reviews.io, Google, Amazon, and Trust Pilot.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer issues and perform basic data analysis and housekeeping.
5. Contribute to the achievement of Customer Service Team KPIs by ensuring high-quality performance.
6. Collaborate with team members and the wider business to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
8. Support in building a community around Rave Coffee by assisting our customers.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a team player who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate. You should work efficiently, calmly, and accurately under pressure, with excellent communication skills across all contact methods. Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service is essential.

* Includes 1 in 4 weekends during busy periods (October-January)
