We are working with a large and supportive secondary school in the Chadderton area of Oldham who are looking to appoint a full-time Pastoral or Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant. This is a key role within the school community, focused on supporting students’ wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will be confident working with young people, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping students overcome social, emotional, and behavioural barriers both inside and outside the classroom.
