Role: The Client Services Representative will serve as the first point of contact for institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and brokers. This role involves providing outstanding support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the maintenance of strong client relationships. Success in this role will require someone who is a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skill and a passion for financial markets and technology. Responsibilities: Assisting their German market clients with multiple trading platforms (desktop, mobile, browser). Resolving trade-related queries, including order entry and execution issues. Escalating high-level issues to relevant stakeholders. Managing relationships with key institutional clients. Contributing to platform and process enhancements. Conducting client training and supporting market research initiatives. Qualifications / Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Equities, Options, Futures, and FX markets. Experience in international settlements or clearing operations (preferred but not required). University degree or higher. 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role at a global financial institution (exceptional candidates with relevant knowledge will also be considered). Business Proficiency (B2 - C1) / Fluent (C2) in German.
