Job Description
We’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly and supportive finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers and reconciling accounts.
• Supporting the preparation of management accounts.
• Processing transactions and inputting data into Finance Systems.
• Performing bank reconciliations and VAT returns.
• Managing payment runs and supporting stock/order processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role, or a relevant degree.
• Strong IT skills, including experience with accounting systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ambitious and eager to learn and progress.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
