Fast-Fit Technician Vacancy – Kettering Service Centre We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Fast-Fit Technician in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Benefits of a Fast-Fit Technician: Basic salary up to £32,000 plus a performance-related bonus scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Monday to Friday working pattern, with Saturdays on a rota Staff discounts on servicing, tyres, and MOTs Pension scheme and life insurance cover Enhanced maternity and paternity benefits Holiday buy and sell schemeDuties of a Fast-Fit Technician: Carry out tyre fitting, repairs, and wheel balancing to specification Perform vehicle alignment and tracking adjustments Complete brake inspections, repairs, and replacements Carry out exhaust repairs and replacements Undertake basic vehicle servicing and maintenance Ensure all job documentation is completed accurately and efficiently Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care throughout all work undertakenRequirements of a Fast-Fit Technician: Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent automotive qualification) Previous experience as a Fast-Fit Technician, tyre fitter, or in a light vehicle repair environment Knowledge of tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, and general vehicle servicing Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licenceFast-Fit Technician is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who wants genuine training support and career progression within a well-established automotive service centre.
