Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress. Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being. Take part as required in the review, development and management of the activities relating to the curriculum, organisation and pastoral functions of the school Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
