About the Role At our Lauriston service, we support a brilliant young man with autism, ADHD, and a mild learning disability to live independently in his own home. He’s looking for someone calm, clear, and responsive—someone who listens and communicates well. He’s got loads of interests and loves staying active! You might find yourself: Playing computer games ⚽ Kicking a football around Shooting pool ️ Watching motorbike racing Building epic Lego creations ♂️ Going for walks ️ Or even helping him out at his job in the Hibs FC cafe! What You'll Be Doing You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team helping with: Medication support Cooking and keeping the home running smoothly Social activities and personal goals Managing finances Shifts & Hours We provide support 7 days a week, and the current shift pattern is: Day Shift : 9am – 9:30pm Sleepover Shift : 9:30pm – 9am (sleepover 9:30pm – 7:30am, working 7:30am – 9am) We’re currently recruiting for a full-time role (37.5 hours/week).
