The Role We’re hiring a Founding Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on mobile app development across iOS and Android using React Native. You'll be joining as an early technical hire with significant ownership and influence. You'll work closely with the co-founders to build, iterate, and launch our mobile product. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with full-stack responsibilities, from building the UI to architecting backend services. What You’ll Do Lead the development of a cross-platform mobile app (React Native) for both iOS and Android. Build scalable, secure backend services (Node.js, Firebase, or similar). Work closely with our existing team to implement elegant user experiences. Translate product requirements into technical architecture and deliverables. Set up DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure for early scale. Define coding standards and development best practices. Play a role in technical hiring and building the future engineering team. Contribute to strategic decision-making, including product roadmap and tech direction. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in mobile app development with React Native. Strong experience in web development with React / Next / Vercel etc Hands-on knowledge of native iOS and Android development and deployment. Solid back-end development experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.). An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to take ownership of product and technology. Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and ship high-quality features quickly. Passion for building beautiful, user-focused products. Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Bonus Points Previous experience at a startup or as a founding engineer. Interest or background in AI/ML and integrating AI features into mobile experiences. Experience with authentication, secure data handling, or analytics. An eye for design and strong front-end polish.
