JOB TITLE: Administrator


COMPANY: Construction


CONTRACT: Permanent


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (part-time across 5 days is also an option)


START: ASAP


SALARY: £27,- £32,pa


LOCATION: Romsey

9. Coordinate consultant appointments and manage related correspondence

10. Support the preparation, issue, and tracking of key project documentation

11. Maintain accurate records, trackers, and logs to support planning and compliance

12. Manage document uploads, version control, and information sharing with stakeholders

13. Assist with submission collation and project handovers at key stages

14. Provide general administrative support to the Land and Planning team

15. Help ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed across multiple projects



Is this you?



16. Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a related industry

17. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

18. High attention to detail and accuracy

19. Confident communicator, both written and verbal

20. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OneNote
