Job Description:

You will be working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider, supporting their team as a final technical escalation point. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Resolving Incidents: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: Implement large-scale projects such as Office 365 migrations.
* Maintain Systems: Perform updates, resolve network issues, and apply patches to ensure system stability.
* User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line support team and assist with complex technical issues or projects.
* Documentation: Record issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
