Role: Social Content Manager
Based: London (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in central London office)
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Hours: Full time | 37.5 hrs per week

About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying key moments from podcasts, using AI tools to clip and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that makes a difference.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivating content that aligns with our brand and resonates with audiences. A deep understanding of content culture—what gets shared and gains attention—is also critical.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social media to increase podcast visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
* Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
* YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating appealing titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
* AI content creation and curation: Plan and produce high-quality visual and video content tailored for each platform, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
* Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content across platforms in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
* Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
* Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor key metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
Skills & Experience
* Successful experience managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with a record of increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
* In-depth knowledge of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere and AI tools such as Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms like YouTube Studio.
* Experience in graphic design and creating visually engaging content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
