Working in\nour Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day to\nday life. This means being there for the highest highs and lowest\nlows. Our night support workers are a part of enabling our\nyoung people to get their childhood back and create pathways to\nbecome well rounded adults – an incredibly rewarding role to have.\nThere will be challenges along the way but there will also be the\nsmallest moments which feel like a huge small\nvictory!
Our homes accommodate\nyoung people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and\nour aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people\nin our care. Our night support workers are fulfilled by the idea of\naffecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people,\nso we celebrate the little\nthings.
