Deliver a high level of customer service in all interactions with patients, their partners, relatives, carers and other members of staff to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, sensitivity and dignity are maintained at all times. Days and working pattern, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday hrs. 07:15am to 15:15 pm, Saturday working 08:00am to 14:00pm. Provide a friendly and approachable patient reception service for the Hewitt Fertility Centre. Deal with all patient / visitor queries and concerns received at the Reception Desk using judgment and discretion, prioritizing queries and providing nonclinical advice in relation to administrative arrangements. Establish the reason for the patients attendance and check patients into and out of clinic appointments on up to three separate Patient Administration Systems (PAS) Digicare, IDEAS and CRIS.Ensure patients demographic details are correct using Trust procedures and update Digicare, IDEAS and Case Notes. Check other personal data in
accordance with Trust requirements. Generate invoices for all investigations and top up of medications for Self-Funded Patients and NHS prescription fees as required.Take payments for outstanding invoices as and when required. Liaise with Operational Support Manager as required at Liverpool Women's Hospital to ensure all patient attendances are accounted for and that all the information is correct.
