The Role
As Health, Safety & Facilities Manager, you will:
1. Lead on health, safety, and environmental objectives, driving continual improvement and compliance.
2. Prepare, conduct, and report on audits, safety tours, risk assessments, and investigations.
3. Deliver training programmes and provide coaching across H&S practices.
4. Support the ongoing development of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
5. Manage estates and facilities, including contractor engagement and property control systems.
