We are looking for a new hotel manager in our beach front hotel, bar & restaurant.
The Hotel Manager will be part of the management team reporting to the owners.
They will be running shifts, managing and training staff and ensuring high standards are maintained.
They will be required to oversee all areas of the hotel including the rooms, bar, restaurant and private functions. They will be assisted by the Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Hotel Co-ordinator and front of house manager.
We are looking for:
* Previous management experience within the licenced and restaurant trade
* Table service experience
* Opening/closing and cashing up experience
* Must hold a personal licence
* A friendly customer focussed attitude
The salary will be attractive and dependent on experience.
This role includes evenings and weekends. The hotel has high occupancy with a mix of corporate and leisure guests. Our bar, restaurant and large outdoor terrace get particularly busy, especially at weekends and when the weather is favourable. It is essential to be able to work well under pressure and be able to manage the more junior members of the front of house team.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
